  • Yes Mama holds a ‘No Refund’ policy except in cases of defected products.
  • All claims on defected products approved by the company will be processed within 14 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
  • Yes Mama does not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
  • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • Colors may slightly vary in some products in terms of brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions your request may not be entertained.
  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with Summer items & Winter items only with Winter stock.

Exchange Policy to complete your return, we require order no or proof of purchase.

  • All products purchased from Yes Mama can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase – no requests will be entertained after that time.
  • To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
