1. Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons

2. Refund Policy
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at yesmamapk89@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution: We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item and offer a replacement, including return shipping costs
5. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After this period, we are unable to cancel or modify orders due to our processing times.
