Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, sales periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping within Pakistan

We offer delivery across Pakistan through our courier partners.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking details.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Information

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are complete and accurate when placing your order.

Yesmama will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect information, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
